This is a very strict diet. You need to read the book that exalipns everything. I started my drops the last two days of my period. Those were my loading days. The third day I started the low calorie portion. I saw a steady decline. I averaged 2 pounds a day the first week, then 1 pound a day until I stopped at the beginning of my next period. That was using 25 days of drops. I lost 28 pounds. I am working on phase 3 now. I have not gained any weight back. I have not lost anymore, which is peculiar. I am eating no starches or sugars. Next week I will start adding starches one day a week.I would recommend as long as you can handle the low calorie portion and limiting oils go for it. You may not loose anything on your heaviest days, which is discouraging. My biggest motivator was watching the weight drop daily. The lost continues after the flow slows. Hormonal maybe.Good luck
